Ahhhhh, scripts… Love ’em or hate ’em?

The fact is this… whether you love them or hate them, you better learn to use them.  It was a hard lesson for me to learn.  When I was a showroom salesman in my younger days, I used to tell anyone who would listen that “Scripts are for people who don’t know how to sell.”
I now realize how wrong I was.  The fact is that scripts give you confidence, they make your prospecting easier, and they give you a predicted outcome to every call, so you should not be caught off guard by anything the customer/client has to say.  If you aren’t using scripts, you should start with these…
